Purchase this year's yearbook through Treering. Passcode: 101535394180729

The cost is $29.84+tax for a softcover or $35.96+tax for a hardcover book. 

Each purchased yearbook comes with 2 FREE customizable pages. These pages will only be printed in your student's yearbook. Each additional 2-page spread can be purchased for $1.99. The deadline to customize your pages is April 29, 2026, to be guaranteed that they will print in the book. If you see the message, "Your 2 custom pages will print in your book. You can still edit your custom pages, but you must do it ASAP as the book can go to print at any time.", it is after the deadline. The yearbook will go to print on MAY 4 - no exceptions. If you purchase your student's yearbook after the deadline, but before they are delivered to the school, your student's yearbook will not be shipped separately and your student will not receive their yearbook by the school picnic.

Photos Needed

Did you know? The Kimberly Elementary Yearbook is assembled by PTA volunteers and all the photos in the yearbook come from you! Please share your photos with us! 

Kimberly Elementary does not have a photographer. We rely on the photos that you share from events, activities, field trips, spirit weeks, etc. to fill our yearbook. Use the folders that have been created in Treering for events, programs, and activities to help the PTA volunteers organize the large number of photo submissions. If you have a folder with a lot of photos in it, please take the time to organize the photos by event/program and choose your favorites before uploading. It will help out the volunteers who will be assembling the yearbook.

Important Yearbook Dates and Deadlines

• Now - April 29: Purchase your yearbook and customize your pages to have it in time for the End-of-Year Picnic on May 29th

• November 13: Deadline submission for photos from August September October

• January 13: Deadline submission for photos from November and December

• March 31: Photo submission deadline from January, February, and March events

• April 23: Photo submission deadline from April events

• April 28: Final review by Kimberly Elementary Staff

• April 29: The deadline to purchase and create your FREE custom 2-page spread

• May 4: Yearbook goes to print (note: you can still order after this date, but your student will not receive his/her book by the school picnic)

• May 26: Estimated delivery date to the school

• May 27-28: Yearbooks are sorted and delivered to classrooms

• May 29: Students receive their yearbook from their teacher. Get signatures from friends and staff at the school picnic and take them home.

PTA NEEDS YOUR PHOTOS

Help fill the yearbook with memories thoughout the year. All the photos come from family photo submissions.

PHOTO SUBMISSION TIPS

Aim for groupings of 2-8 students from:

• School Events

• Groups of students with teacher

• Candid, "around campus" shots from lunch, recess, bus stop, library, reading buddies, etc.

• Unplanned, even silly, moments are great!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR YEARBOOK

Congratulations on deciding to customize your free pages! These pages are specific only to your student's book. If you have multiple children, customize pages for each of your children. Let’s dive in. 

HIGHLIGHTS

• One 2-page spread can be customized for free. 

• Document the whole year! Need more room? Additional 2-page spreads can be purchased for $1.99 each.

• Custom pages are optional and will only be printed in your unique copy of the yearbook.

• Finish custom pages by APRIL 29, 2025 to ensure they get printed in your book! The yearbook will go to print on May 4!

PART 1. CREATE YOUR TREERING ACCOUNT

2. Create an account or select Log In at the bottom if you already have a Treering account.

PART 2. UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS​

PART 3. ADD PHOTOS TO YOUR CUSTOM PAGES

Get started:

1. Log in to Treering. 

2. Select your student's yearbook on the left.

3. Click on the Customize button under Customize Yearbook.

4. Click on the icon for the 2-page spread shown.

5. On the left of the spread are options to access Content (shared school photos), access My Photos (private photos), add Text, add Graphics, add Memories, add Signatures, change the Background or photo Layout of your custom pages. For help with these options, see the following how-to articles:

6. Add more custom spreads for $.99 per additional 2-page spread. See this topic for help with purchasing extra pages.
