Purchase the 2023-2024 yearbook through Treering. Passcode: 101535394180729
The cost is $26.34 (taxes included AND a 2-page customizable and personalized spread).
Each purchased yearbook comes with 2 FREE customizable pages. These pages will only be printed in your student's yearbook. Each additional 2-page spread can be purchased for $0.99. The deadline to customize your pages is May 4, 2023, to be guaranteed that they will print in the book. If you see the message, "Your 2 custom pages will print in your book. You can still edit your custom pages, but you must do it ASAP as the book can go to print at any time.", it is after the deadline. The yearbook will go to print on MAY 6 - no exceptions.
Photos Needed
Did you know? The Kimberly Elementary Yearbook is assembled by PTA volunteers and all the photos in the yearbook come from you! Please share your photos with the school.
Kimberly Elementary does not have a photographer. We rely on the photos that you share from events, activities, field trips, spirit weeks, etc to fill our yearbook. Use the folders that have been created in Treering for events, programs, and activities to help the PTA volunteers organize the large number of photo submissions. If you have a folder with a lot of photos in it, please take the time to organize the photos by event/program and choose your favorites before uploading. It will help out the volunteers who will be assembling the yearbook.

Important Yearbook Dates and Deadlines
Now - May 4: Purchase your yearbook to have it in time for the End-of-Year Picnic on May 31st
Photo submission deadlines
Event photos should be submitted a week after the event, except for STEAM Night, which is due the following day
Photos from all past events due by April 10
Photos from April events (field trips, assemblies, STEAM night) are due by April 25
April 4: The Yearbook Cover Contest will be announced
April 17: Yearbook Cover Contest entries due - drop it in the PTA Mailbox in the office
April 29: Final review by Kimberly Elementary Staff
May 4: The deadline to purchase and create your FREE custom 2-page spread
May 6: Yearbook goes to print (note: you can still order after this date, but your student will not receive his/her book by the school picnic)
May 28: Estimated delivery date to the school
May 29-30: PTA Volunteers sort yearbooks and deliver them to classrooms
May 31: Students receive their yearbook from their teacher. Get signatures from friends and staff at the school picnic and take them home.
Customize Your Yearbook
Congratulations on deciding to customize your free pages! These pages are specific only to your student's book. If you have multiple children, customize pages for each of your children. Let’s dive in.

Document the whole year! Need more room? Additional 2-page spreads can be purchased for $.99 each.
Custom pages are optional and will only be printed in your unique copy of the yearbook.
Finish custom pages by MAY 4, 2023 to ensure they get printed in your book! The yearbook will go to print on May 6!
PART 1. CREATE YOUR TREERING ACCOUNT
Go to Treering. Use the passcode 101535394180729 to access the Kimberly Yearbook site..
Create an account or select Log In at the bottom if you already have a Treering account.
PART 2. UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS
Upload personal photos to add them to your custom pages. Learn how here.
Upload photos to be shared with the school. See how to do this here.
Via Smartphone:
Install the TreeRing Yearbook app from your app store.
Log in.
Upload a photo, click the green + Add Photos button.
Click Upload Your Photos to select photos from your phone or select a source.
Select the photo(s) you want to upload.
Click Done.
To share uploaded photos with the school, click the Select button and select the photos you wish to share and click Share with School.
PART 3. ADD PHOTOS TO YOUR CUSTOM PAGES
Get started:
Select your student's yearbook on the left.
Click on the Customize button under Customize Yearbook.
Click on the icon for the 2-page spread shown.
On the left of the spread are options to access Content (shared school photos), access My Photos (private photos), add Text, add Graphics, add Memories, add Signatures, change the Background or photo Layout of your custom pages. For help with these options, see the following how-to articles:
