Silent Auction 2026

Auction Items are due by October 6

The Auction fundraiser is the largest PTA fundraiser. We hope to raise $20,000 between the Silent Auction fundraiser and Fall Festival wristband sales! All money raised from the Silent Auction and Fall Festival will be used toward PTA-sponsored programs that benefit all students at our school  

Items Needed

BIG-TICKET ITEMS

Do you own your own business? Can you obtain tickets to a sporting event? Have a vacation home? Or have a super fun experience to offer? These items bring in some serious cash!  Consider:

• Weekend get-a-ways/Airbnb reservations

• Tickets to a sporting event or concert tickets

• Sports memorabilia

• Lessons: Golf, Ski/Snowboard, Yoga, Art, Music

• Salon/Spa services

• Gift Cards: Businesses, Restaurants, Grocery stores, Car Services

• Memberships

Upon submitting the Kimberly PTA Donation Form, Kimberly PTA will provide a donation receipt.

THEMED BASKETS

Silent Auction items will be assembled into baskets and available for online bidding up until the Fall Festival when top bidders will be announced.

• October 6: Items for the Silent Auction due.

• October 17: Online Silent Auction will open.

• October 24: Online Silent Auction ends and winners announced at the Fall Festival

DROP OFF IN THE KIMBERLY OFFICE

Please drop the auction items off in the Monster Donation Box located in the Kimberly office.

DONATION BASKETS BY CLASS

Room parents will be sending out communication regarding your student's class basket theme. put together a list to avoid duplicates. Join in with other parents from the class to purchase a high value item. If you donate a gift card, please indicate if it is to be used as an item in the basket or for PTA to use to complete the basket.
