Purchase the 2022-2023 yearbook through Treering. Passcode: 101535394180729
The cost is $23.34 +tax.
Each purchased yearbook comes with 2 FREE customizable pages. These pages will only print in your student's yearbook. Each additional 2-page spread can be purchased for $0.99. The deadline to customize your pages is May 1, 2023 to be guaranteed that they will print in the book. If you do not finish you. If you see the message, "Your 2 custom pages will print in your book. You can still edit your custom pages, but you must do it ASAP as the book can go to print at any time.", it is after the deadline. The yearbook will go to print on May 8 - no exceptions.
The deadline to submit photos was Monday, April 24. When sharing photos to be used in the yearbook, help out the yearbook volunteers organize the large number of photo submissions by using the folders in Treering that have been created for events, programs, and activities. If you have a folder with a lot of photos in it, please take the time to organize the photos by event/program and choose your favorites. It will help out the volunteers who will be assembling the yearbook.

Important Yearbook Dates and Deadlines
Now - May 1: Purchase your yearbook to have it in time for the End-of-Year Picnic
April 24: Community photo submission deadline - there are folders to help organize photos.
May 1: The deadline to create your free custom 2-page spread
May 1: Yearbook Cover Contest entries due - drop it in the PTA Mailbox in the office
April 24 through May 1: Pages are finalized, Yearbook is handed off to Principal Dyerly to review, and Yearbook is then sent to print.
May 30: Estimated delivery date to the school.
June 1 - 2: Deliver yearbooks to students.
June 2: Family Picnic - have friends and Kimberly staff sign your yearbook!
Customize Your Yearbook
Congratulations on deciding to customize your free pages! These pages are specific only to your student's book. If you have multiple children, customize pages for each of your children. Let’s dive in.
HIGHLIGHTS
Custom pages are optional.
One 2-page spread can be customized for free.
Purchase additional spreads if you want for just $.99 each. Document the whole year for the family or student.
Finish custom pages by MAY 1, 2023 to ensure they get printed in your book! The yearbook will be set to print by May 8!
PART 1. CREATE YOUR TREERING ACCOUNT
Go to Treering. Use the passcode 101535394180729 to access the Kimberly Yearbook site..
Create an account or select Log In at the bottom if you already have a Treering account.
PART 2. UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS
Upload personal photos to add them to your custom pages. Learn how here.
Upload photos to be shared with the school. See how to do this here.
Via Smartphone:
Install the TreeRing Yearbook app from your app store.
Log in.
Upload a photo, click the green + Add Photos button.
Click Upload Your Photos to select photos from your phone or select a source.
Select the photo(s) you want to upload.
Click Done.
To share uploaded photos with the school, click the Select button and select the photos you wish to share and click Share with School.
PART 3. ADD PHOTOS TO YOUR OPTIONAL CUSTOM PAGES
Get started:
Select your student's yearbook on the left.
Click on the Customize button under Customize Yearbook.
Click on the icon for the 2-page spread shown.
On the left of the spread are options to access Content (shared school photos), access My Photos (private photos), add Text, add Graphics, add Memories, add Signatures, change the Background or photo Layout of your custom pages. For help with these options, see the following how-to articles:
