Pre-registering helps the Kimberly Kampout committee understand how much food to buy and prepare for the event!
The California State PTA Parents Approval, Student, Family, & Participation Waiver must be filled out and signed to attend. Completed forms will be verified upon check-in.
Volunteer Opportunities
We can't do this without volunteers. Sign up to greet and check attendees in, to grill if you are King or Queen of the BBQ, or a security shift if you are a night owl.

5:00 p.m.Â
Check-in starts at the E-Z Up near the shade structure.
Your annual signed PTA waiver will be verified
All attendees with your party will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times.
Set up your tent near the track and chairs on the grass by the screen. There will be volunteers from Troop 44 will be there to assist.
6:00 p.m. - Dinner lines will open and be available until 8:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m. - S'mores will be roasted and served by the fire pits.
Dusk - Watch a movie chosen by our 5th graders under the stars
10:00 p.m. - Lights out! All guests not camping overnight will need to leave campus.

6:00 a.m. - Morning pastries and beverages will be served while supplies last.
8:00 a.m. - Say good-byes!
